NEW HANDMADE SURFBOARD WALL ART WITH FIN Surfboard measures 44″ long, 10″ wide and is 3/4″ thick. (fin 5″ off board) This board has 3 wide Sapele wood stripes on a Basswood background. This board also has a hand carved Basswood fin. The back of this board is sanded pine veneered plywood. This is a made to order item, our current turnaround is 3-5 days. This board is handmade by us, we select each piece of wood and cut our own veneers, carefully shape our boards, and hand apply finish. Unlike most other mini surfboards, these boards are not made of pine. They are made of exotic and hardwood veneers, combined with our laminating process, onto a plywood core. This laminating process gives our boards the look of a solid core wooden surfboard. Each of our boards has a clear finish consisting of several coats of UV protecting polyurethane. Our boards are carefully produced like those found in the long board skateboard industry. No stain has been used, what you see is the natural color and grain of the wood ! Each board comes with keyhole hangers installed on the back for either vertical or horizontal installation. Installation hardware is included. The surfboards ship with the fin removed to prevent damage during shipping. Fin installation takes less than a minute, requiring only a phillips screwdriver, instructions are included.
