Using Amazon’s email messaging system to contact us, You can send us an email and attach your pet’s photo. Look for the “Attach File” button.
Or ATTACH it to your reply to the confirmation email that we will send, or at anytime prior to your
urn being created. Please send a good, high resolution photo. The finished product will depend highly on the
quality of the photo. We will crop the photo to try and show the most of the pets face (see photo above).
